Simple Pleasures - February

I didn't do a full week of simple pleasures this month. I tried but I missed a chunk of days in there. Oh well, I still found things to take pleasure in and I thought I'd share.

My happy green Pothos plant soaking in the sun
My Valentine from a dear friend Maddie
Pancake Tuesday!
Pumpkin banana loaf (gluten-free)
Pumpkin Muffins (gluten-free)

What small things have you found joy in this past week?

  2. The pumpkin bread and muffins are delicious! I'm definitely enjoying them and will be making them again. I have so much pumpkin left to use.

As for houseplants, I really struggle. I find that the key is good light. I've killed my fair share but so far, I'm doing good with this one.

  3. You're just trying to make me fat, aren't you? Those muffins look so yummy!

I'm no good with plants. So far, the only thing I've been able to keep alive is a spider plant and even that, if it required watering more than once a month, would be dead.

(Seriously, I killed a cactus because I didn't water it enough.)

  4. Stasy - You can't get fat from staring at muffins. :P And I didn't post the recipes so you should be good.

I killed six cactus plants so I wouldn't worry that you killed one.
