December Overview

December was basically a write-off in regards to blogging and for that I apologize. I had so many great intentions of making cute new crafty decorations and baking Christmas treats and doing our daily advent and blogging about it all.

But that just didn't happen. And that is okay. I was where I needed to be when I needed to be there. And I have no regrets.

But I did want to share some pictures that I snapped throughout the month and hit on some highlights that I had planned to share with you.

Socks and cards from some dear friends

Tasty gluten-free mixes from the same sock friends!

Family Christmas tree getting adventure

Decorating the tree
Family portrait

Painting in the guestroom!

My sister Jackie with Daddy at the hospital

Ice storm 2013 (for the second time)
I didn't photograph much this month, especially of my time in Quebec, but I think I captured some key moments. How was everyone else's December?

  1. December seems like it was a bit of a blur. But I do like that you captured some photos Jennie.

  3. Every single one of these photos tells a story--and I love them all. In spite of the heartbreak and pain you had, the pictures also speak to the joy you managed to find and the love and support of those around you. Those are beautiful things.

  4. Tory - Thank you. I tried really hard to capture the good moments and the memorable moments from December, despite it being a really hard month for us all.
